Article of Incorporation
Contempo Homeowners Association was incorporated in the State of California on September 22, 1970: (1) an association formed to manage a common interest development under the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act. (2) States the corporate office of the associationat a location physical location of the common interest development. (3) States the name and address of the association’s managing agent, if any.

Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&): Top Level Foundation Rules and Regulations of Contempo Homeowners Association, as written and adopted on September 02, 1970. CC&Rs describe property rights and obligations of the members/homeowners: (a) restrictions on the use of property, (b) member and association maintenance duties, (c) enforcement powers, (d) lender protection provisions, (e) members' assessments obligations to the Association (f) the lien/collection rights of the Association to its members, (g) duty to insure common property and members' property, (h) dispute resolution.
